Hello everyone,
This is the update I was talking about on Facebook ! Welcome all ” Tannhauser Gate Studio ” ( and bye Fog of War Scenics – 2009 † 2015 ) ! Website is still WIP, but asap all the remaining pages will be available !
Why this name change ? Well, it’s a long story, but in few words ( yeahhh, few words ! ), I was searching for a new name that could fit also with the Pagan / Celitc runes and other wood stuff I craft.
I thinked about it for about 2 months circa, but all the previous names that I had in mind were crappy. Then 1 month ago my Miss sent a text in the morning, talking about a dream she had about the Tannhauser Gate ! We were near it but in another world, the ” sky ” was rusty / reddish coloured but it was not a ” true sky ” and we had a very difficult conversation that gone outside the human capacities, mentioning also the ” Shield of Orion “.
Yeah, sounds like Blade Runner, but the funny thing : we saw the movie after that dream she had ( and for me was the first time – I was aware of that movie, but I never had the opportunity to watch it ).
So, after months and months of searching for a name, here it comes out ” Tannhauser Gate “, directly from that dream !
What will change from Fog of War Scenics ? Well, we are always the same dudes and we will bring better stuff for all the wargamers / wargaming games, especially for the collectors, aka Dioramas / Display Bases for single figures / miniatures !
…don’t worry Blood Bowl fans, the portable fields ( Field ‘o Box ) are always available and SOON we will show a ” Norse ” themed field ! Winter is coming…. 😉
